The most important part of buying a home is getting pre approved through a direct lender. Most buyers do not realize how important it is to get this process started even before you start looking at homes. The approval process is fairly easy and I can help guide you through the process. I work with several direct lenders that I would be happy to refer you to. Or you can simply got to your bank and speak to one of their mortgage specialists to get you started.

Once you have that preapproval you are ready to get started and can begin viewing homes that meet your criteria. Be sure to keep in mind that this is a highly competitive market and you must remain patient throughout the whole process. I do not want this to be stressful as buying a home should be an exciting process so remember to be patient as you will find a home that fits all your needs.
